Spicy Sauce for Salmon

One of life’s accidental victories; I had a salmon patty, and wanted to play, so, with what I had at home, I threw this together, and damn, it was fantastic. The amounts are approximate:

  • 1/4 Cup Creme Fraiche
  • 1 Tblspn Sriracha Sauce
  • 1/2 tspn ground Cumin
  • Lime jiuce – at least one lime

Whisk together.
