30 minutes…

Never accept that a 30 minute meal need be a compromise. This one takes a small amount of teamwork to pull of in 30, but the chicken is in the skillet for 8 minutes, the sauce about 10.

Eye of Round and Asparagus

Quick Thursday dinner, and no starch. Eye of round steak, with onion sauteed in the skillet as the steak finished in the oven, and grilled asparagus.
